I've been using Lose It for 2 years now, lost the 20 lbs I needed gone and have been maintaining by logging daily for over a year now. Lose It decided to upgrade some users to a Premium level for free based on their activity and time of use. Apparently I didn't qualify for that even though they gave it to a lot of others who had been there for less time and with less usage so I'm packing my bags and moving on. I've heard good things about MFP so I'll give it a shot!

My main exercise is running or cycling with some weight training on off days. Anyone else with similar interests?
