We actually don't make the TB dressing...It comes from a bottle. Look in the walk-in for the bottle and it prob has the nutrtional info on it

I feel ya! Once I ate 2 slices of meat lovers pizza after I did soooo well that week and it made me cry!! Im not even an emotional person..haha

Are you walking that everyday? If so I would def. change it. If not maybe you could put it in your fitness journal as light walking on the days you are doing so much walking

It was REALLY hard for me at first. I eventually learned how to not only eat better, but how to choose a lower calorie food in comparison to other healthy foods. Mine is 1270 and I'm on my feet all day with my job and workout 2 hours 5-6 days a week. Just thought I would give you an idea of what someone else's was like so you could compare to yours. Have you tried going to "goals" and updating them?
