LMAO!! I love it! I'm a 100% honest with myself & I'm proud of my choices. I zig-zag my calorie intake & keep info. on the ""Today's food notes" box that is for my eyes only. That's why mine is private.

I personally don't enjoy working out on a treadmill! I've lost 30 lbs using my elliptical & I've never experienced any pain caused by it!

Congratulations for a successful year everyone!!:flowerforyou: I have lost 27 lbs since October, 25th, 2010. When I started I could only exercise for 5 mins (lol, I know) & now I can easily do over 60 mins of good old cardio.
