    It has been a wonderful journey so far; I've been learning how strong I really am-inside & out, how much pain I can really handle, how much self-control I actually have, how much better I feel when I fuel my body with healthy food, and how much better I sleep at night.

    It is soooo worth it!
    These days I've taken up running and hope to be able to run a mini-marathon this summer. :happy: Can't wait!

    That was just taken in Mexico a month ago...my hubby and I woke up early to catch the sunrise. As you can see, we beat it. Prior to losing weight and exercising in the mornings, I NEVER got up early unless I had to.

    Early mornings now are a treat! I actually enjoy them more and more all the time!
