    Well, wouldn't you know it. I had every intention of working out yesterday evening, when a stomach virus hit me literally out of nowhere not long after dinner. I was SO disappointed and still not feeling the greatest... hoping this won't last long so I can get back to it. Just biding my time at the moment, taking care, nibbling on a cracker and sipping some tea. I may not reach the goals for this week, but I'll stick around anyhow, get as close as I can within reason depending on how I feel, and also look forward to next week's challenge. Best wishes to all of you!

    I typically eat back all of my exercise calories, I think it's best to. It's hard sometimes, like when I work out later in the day and end up burning a lot then all of a sudden have like 700 extra calories I need to consume. I could always sit down with a bowl of ice cream to get the calories in, but they're empty and it kinda defeats the purpose. Then when I plan to burn a lot something happens and I don't get to then I've eaten too much for the day! UGH!

    I don't typically eat my exercise calories, but I've got quite a lot to lose. My doc has said to start eating some back once I hit "overweight" and slowly add more so by the time I get to maintenance I'm eating all of them.

    I was eating back my exercise calories but since I joined my gym they have been insane (evidence above) I think that MFP is greatly overestimating my calories burned so I'm going to start putting the calories burned the machine tells me since it's at least taking my heart rate most of the time. Definitely going to see a drop in my calories burned but I think it will be more accurate.
