Didn't make the 3500 cals burned, but I pretty much knew I wouldn't. My ultimate workout goal was to get 4 days in and I achieved that so I'm satisfied.

Well, even though I exercised every day this week, I am kind of disappointed. It was such a struggle to get to 110 oz. of water. I honestly don't know how I got to 118 oz. on Friday. The real challenge for me was the water intake since I already exercised 6 days out of the week. 88 oz. is a good start, so I'm going to stick to that for now.0 -
