Tips: I shop for my meats and produce every other week at a small butcher shop that is far less expensive than the grocery store. There I spend about $50 for meat, deli and produce...and much of the chicken breast, etc. I will freeze for later use. The alternating week is the grocery store, where I also stock up on…

YES! It's a habit like any other. It isn't easy at first, but I NEED to do it. When I first started I couldn't believe how many pitfalls were out there. One cookie from Cosi (a place my work orders lunch from all the time) is 360-390 calories!!!! For ONE STINKIN COOKIE!!! I can have 4 ounces of a rib eye steak and a small…

If your goal is weight loss, CALORIES. That being said, intake too much sodium and you can definitely hold onto a few ounces a day/week that you might not otherwise. I've been pretty successful so far, and I noticed my best weeks are when I'm under my calories, slightly under on my carbs, and slightly over on my protein.…

Very interesting notion there, 'banking' your unused daily calories...I should look at that. I usually stay under my daily goal, and even if it's only 10-50 calories a day, that adds up, and THAT could be my cheat. Sounds like I could have an order of french fries in my future.

Honest to goodness...if I were hit by a bus, I might be thinking exactly that...I should have had that burger...WITH MAYO.

It is impossilbe to argue with results. :flowerforyou: It all really does seem to be very simple math, doesn't it? (Not necessarily easy to execute, but simple on paper.) I sometimes eat over my calories, but I stay within my deficit...that seems to be working pretty well...and I get roast beef.

Pregnant hotties in overalls and A Game of Thrones reference...does it get any better than that???

It's in the cardio excercise choices...there are a few different levels to choose from. Happy cleaning!

Personally, I love watermellon. It's filling and satisfies my sweet cravings much of the time. But if you have a SERIOUS sweet tooth, like a 'if I don't have an eight inch brownie sundae right now I'm going to pass out" kind of sweet tooth, perhaps try a sugary cereal. It's not the healthiest choice, but, for example a…

Personally, I'm of the opinion to eat when you're hungry. However, this shouldn't mean missing a meal, especially breakfast. Keep up the great work!
