It is best to have expectations that are realistic and achievable. If they are too high you may end up feeling miserable and giving up when you do not achieve them.

Treadmill is very important to me when I can't get outside to get in long walks, which is well over half of the year. I really like using a treadmill and watching TV because it helps pass the time. I still enjoy walking outside, but need my treadmill too

I try to get in at least 7 miles per day for an average but try for 10 per day. Sometimes with work and other things it is hard to always get 10 in.
