    WELL DONE!!!! Can you tell me what you did?!! I am really trying to get the weight down and struggling the last few months - I have started a 1200 calorie diet today so hoping it shifts the pounds, GYM 3 times a week. I want to loose another 2 stone, have 3.5 stone gone already but I just cant seem to get to the next stage...... I have been maintaining a slow weight loss for a few months now..

    Any tips/recommendations appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
