L1D3 ... done! Today was a little harder because I woke up with a migraine...on top of the soreness. Normally this would have caused me to skip my workout but I sucked it up and pushed through. Thanks to all of you for providing me with the incentive!

Finished 50 crunches on the ball... phew! I also went 25 minutes on my elliptical today!! Hooray... I'm starting to get back in the swing of things!! Great jobs ladies... abs can be a tough one. :happy:

Completed my 100 jumping jacks!! They weren't too bad but man the muscles in my armpit area are so sore from doing those pushups yesterday. Looks like this area could use some extra work and I'm thinking I should start doing pushups on a daily basis...just not that many at first. Looking forward to tomorrow's challenge....…

I just remembered that I accepted this challenge earlier today. Finished all 50... on my knees - 20, then 15 and the last 15. Whew! :tongue:

I'm going to have to amend my goal for the month of December as I have been ill for the past week and a half. Since it's already the 15th of the month, I will set my new goal for 50 km instead of the original 100 km I planned on moving.

Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA lately but I've been sick.... just starting to feel better now. I have kept up with my logging and water intake but haven't exercised in a while. Giving myself some time to properly recover before starting it up again. Hope you're all doing well with this challenge.
