That was me this weekend. I was so overtired that I didn't work out at all and I ate cozy, winter meals that included a lot of carbs! I felt so bad yesterday about it, that I DIDN'T go to the gym... which is ridiculous! However, I got back on that horse today; hit the gym for 28mins on lunch and I'm already feeling better.…

I thought when you worked out, you were supposed to eat back those calories b/c your body needs them; is this not the case? I'm so confused! lol

I'm 5"6, 146.5lbs.... I want to be 137lbs! That was my ideal weight for over 10yrs but I met 'the one' and with that came 'the pounds' haha.. I really want to shed it and feel better!! Here's to us, ladies!
