I have similar stats as you too but I am older than you. 1800 calories to maintain sounds like a lot. But once I get to my goal, I plan on tracking my food every day too. I agree, add 100 calories a week and see what happens. Good luck to you, I hope we both can reach our goal soon :)

I'm down 1 pound. I've noticed drinking more water is helping with the weight loss.

A really good snack is Skinny pop (popcorn), it has 39 cal in a cup. When I feel like eating chips, I eat these instead. And I will be doing Zumba today. Good luck to you.

why does it say starting date 9/15/12 instead of 9/1/12? Is that a mistake?

Hi everyone, I have 15 pounds to lose before my son's 1st bday at the end of Oct. I need to figure out how to fit in a 30 min workout during the day.

This is exactly what I need. This morning my weight was 144 lb 1st goal by Sep 20th - 138 lb final goal by Oct 24th ( my son's 1st bday) - 130 lb
