I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do this... unfortunately it is not in the cards. It is very hard to get a sitter for two kids with SNeeds and a Service Dog. Esp when one is a male, 13. Thus, I live vicariously through stalking MFP.

I like the body site link, though it tells me 125-135ish. My goodness that was prekids and zits. LOL... Completely do-able as I have the eating motivation. It has become habit. I suppose I will keep trucking and explore some more pinterest and youtube for home videos. That is where I found the BodyLastics and like them.

Other than walking (sons Service Dog), swimming (when I do not have a hand on a kidlet) I try my best to do BodyLastics. I am pretty homebound with the boys. I pull out the Wii - Fitness DVD, Zumba etc just to break up the day. I fit things where I can. HTH...

No, I usually do one a day when I do them. I am just helping out someone and she has a new class tomorrow and Saturday which will be doubled. Over all, I missed yday due to a sick kid so in the light of things tomorrow is a make up. I just was not sure what to do over all for my body. Ty

I think your right, I hope so anyway. It is what I do. But I just know with 2 classes I will prob be looking at 1000+ burnt. I am confused though if you eat back to your BMR or not. Say I eat my daily - 1971, burn 1000 to make it easy then I would be sitting at 971 calories after working out. One class is in the morning…

True... I am ok with the ups and downs if I feel I did my best. Rest days, heck yeah. Even sick ones. I am just not sure what I shoud eat when using the numbers from Scooby. I would think my BMR on the down days and not the daily but this is where I feel confused.

Are you saying I should eat 1800-1900 a day regardless? I hope I have this right. I put in my TDEE as my calorie goal. Will burn 500 a day and not eat those back. Struggling today to eat, ugh!

Ok, I think I am getting this - EAT lol.... So based on my BMR- 1585 TDEE 2457 Daily 1965 I am thinking of changing mfp to custom. What would be my net that I would key in? Which one is it above? Also I have the percents of Prot, Carb etc... I am thinking of trying this.

I do it but not everyday. I attend a Zumba fitness studio and Mondays/Wednesdays I do 3 classes alone each day. I usually do a single class on the others, excluding Sunday. I try to do 30DS on the single days. I do have to modify with the knee though, ug!

Addiced to it. I average 5-9 classes a week. Yday was 3, it all depends on the rotation of my favorite instructors and if toning is involved. Feel free to add!

I needed this. I have the will to make good choices and the motivation to workout. Have been and it is a habit. I have only lost 4 pounds during this but down a size. I step on the silly scale like habit and notta! Somedays when I whine in pain and discomfort I wonder why... but it is working. TY TY TY TY
