Could be muscle and fat redistributing itself. Less fat more muscles because the protein shakes are ment to help in the repair of muscles. I do not lift heavy or alot i do mostly cardio and still have a protein shake after aa work out or as a meal.

You have probably hit a platue..Mine lasted 4 months of nothing. I had started upping my intensitiy of my work outs-which honestly i don't do enough of- after the first 8 weeks. I measure out my almond milk in my shaker (can be put in with an ice pack) and measure out a scoop to take to work with me. Works great for me! If there is a refriderator you can ask if you keep your milk or liquid of choice in there and just bring our powder.
