Mini goal is getting below 200 by April 1 (207 currently). Started walking on my lunch break so should help me reach that goal. I am at 202.6 today. Goal is under 200 by May 1. Daily 12,000+ steps, 10-14 servings of water which 2 servings are of green tea unsweetened, and staying at calorie goal daily.

Ran at 5mph for 15 minutes straight yesterday. Felt great to push myself!

Finally made it to the Overweight category for BMI today. Now for the normal range (29 lbs to go). Mini goal is at least 3.6 lbs more off before April 1st. I know I can do it!

Fit into my size 32 Silver Jeans this morning. My size 33 were getting loose. Working towards my size 30 next.

I quit drinking soda cold turkey June 2015. Had a few sips this past year and it tasted nasty. I no longer get toothaches and stomach pain (happened all the time while drinking coke). I lost 20lbs in 4 months without changing anything else.
