It blows my mind that it's been over 7 years I've been doing this.

I once read that most people who lose weight start gaining it back within 3 years without continued diligence.

So, that was my goal. Get it off and keep it off. And, even though I lost a lot of the weight and exceeded my own expectations, it feels like this journey starts new every day. Sometimes I gain weight, get distracted, or just don't feel like doing what i need to do!!! But, then I pull myself together and remind myself that this is not just what I DO, it's who I AM.

So, I may make some mistakes but I'll always get back on track. I’m here to get to my final weight loss goal, lift heavy things (my favorite way to work out) and push my body as far as it can go. This is my lifestyle and I’m determined to keep it up for life. e6enzvsiv017.jpg
