Thanks for the suggestions. Hadn't crossed my mind to take canned tuna or to cut up fruit. We always took junk food when I was a kid...great ideas!!.

Hello, I had an abdominal hysterectomy about 3 yrs ago now. I had fibroids all over and in my uterus. I still have my ovaries and cervix. No medical issues since. I must say that not having a period has been great. But definitely do your research and do what's best for your situation.

I usually workout at 6:30. I found it easy for me to skip if I workout in the evenings. Mornings are best for me.

Hi Ronnie, I'm pretty new to this myself. May I ask what is your daily calorie intake like? It's possible you not eating enough or eating too much. Are you following the MFP daily calorie plan?

I'm an icecream fanatic who has sort of went cold turykey. Since I'm not sure how long that's going to last any alternative to the bananas, don't really care for them.
