L2D6 for me and I too find I am sweating way more then I did on level 1!!

Good Luck everyone! I'm on L2D6 and it does get easier!! It's so motivating to see yourself getting stronger! I just bought Ripped in 30 and I'm gonna start it once I finish 30DS

L2D1 and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be!! Of course I have to do the easy versions but at least it's doable!

Just finished L1D6 and then did 30 mins on my elliptical! I'm making through it easier except for the push-ups! Can do about 3-4 then I go to the wall and do wall push ups for the rest.

day5L1 today, had to take yesterday off since we were out all day. Feeling more fit!!

I hear ya!! going down stairs is so hard!! and my house is 2 stories!!! LOL But today is a bit less sore then yesterday and I am actually looking forward to day 4 tomorrow!!! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

just finished day 3 and I can already see a difference in my ability to keep up! And my legs are less sore today!!

I started yesterday and boy am I sore!! I also did 20 mins of cardio on my elliptical afterwards. (I had been doing 40 mins a day) Hoping I can get through day 2 today!!
