okay, so I need a kichen scale it sounds like. what is the best/cheapest one and where do I get it? and I live in a very small town. so walmart or online are my choices.

I would love, and really need, to accept this challenge. but I know I can't quit cold turkey. so, I will commit to only have 1 or 2 drinks only 1 day a week. this would be a huge improvement for me!!!

for me, it was miserable at first, not gonna lie. but, I started liking, heck loving running when I started making it part of my social life. get signed up for a 5K. worked toward that goal, and then have fun. pick a good race!! that is so important. find one that has a great after party if you know what I mean!!

awe....sad to see that you think you only need a sports bra for two months! hope you will keep up with the tougher workouts even after weight is off. your body needs it all the time! hopefully, you just mean that you will need a smaller size!!!

graduated in 1994, weight then was probably around 155, current weight is 195ish and normal healthy good weight for me is 160-165.
