Wow! Great job!

Fantastic accomplishment! I have made myself a self-promise that on September 1st I am ging to start 30DS. I wish I had lost a pound for every time I started and stopped that program! :-) But I have it in my mind that we are only talking about 30 days, 30 minutes a day. I easily waste that much time reading all the drama…

I had been doing my walking after work while supper was cooking but I did it this morning before breakfast. When do all of you normally walk and which time seems to give you the most benefit. I was thinking walking in the AM sets the tone for your metabolism for the day but not sure if that theory is true or not. :-) 8/1 -…

Hey everyone! I am new to this group and to Leslie Sansone's workouts. I just bought her Walk Slim 4 mile DVD. I am up for the August Challenge and will set my goat at 60 miles this month.

I personally find it easier if I mute the video and listen to some of my own music. Of course I would recommend listening to the video the first couple of times but I get bored hearing the same thing over and over. When I go to level 2, I will go back to listening to Jillian for a few days.

Completed L1D4. Today seemed a little tougher than yesterday for some reason, but I did it nonetheless!

Well I missed D3L1 yesterday, but got it under my belt this morning. Every workout seems to get a little bit better - can go longer, do more reps, etc. That is enough to give me some encouragement to keep moving forward.

I am in the same boat. Felt like kicking myself in the rear this morning when I finally bit the bullet and updated my weight only to see my ticker go back to saying 0 lbs lost. Maybe with a little support and encouragement, none of us will have to re-lose what we already worked hard to lose in the first place.

Today was day 2 level 1 for me. I have started this more times than I like to admit but never made it through the entire 30 days. This time I am hoping to make it through. The last times I did it at night but seems like things always came up to keep me from working out. This time I am waking up earlier and doing it before…
