    Oct 1- Mon Walked 54 minutes with my 3 dogs.
    Oct 2- Tues Treadmill 30 mins, Circuit 24 Mins, Walking 3 dogs 42 mins
    Oct 3- Wedn "Rest Day"

    :heart: Thanks!! I am lucky that I work at the Gym and can 'Walk' or Workout AND get paid for it too, LOL!!

    10/2 - 30 min. walking on treadmill - 15 min. at 3.8 mph and 15 min. at 4.0 mph
    10/3 - 55 min. walk, 3.5 mph

    1 October - 28 mins Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 2
    2 October - gym session - treadmill & cycling
    3 October - ran out of hours so this is a rest day

    35 Minute Walk to The Cafe
    30 Minute Circuit Training
    40 Minutes Walking At Curves
    30 Minute Walk to 7-11

    10/1 Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk 30 minutes,tricep work 15 minutes,stretching 15 minutes
    10/2 30 min walking at 4 mph, 15 min mild stretching, 15 min light wt training
    10/3 30 min walking at 4 mph, 10 min mild stretching, 20 min light wt/resistance training
    10/4 45 min walking at 4mph, (hoping to fit more in but don't want to forget to share since I'll be out tonight)

    3 October - ran out of hours so this is a rest day
    4 October - spent most of today driving or in a meeting so I have squashed in a lovely brisk 30 minute walk before the rain arrives (sky is very dark here tonight)

    October 2---2 hours walking with frisky poodles---45 minutes walking with hubby
    October 3----3 hours walking with my darling poodles----30 minutes line dance practice
    October 4--90 minutes walking with dogs---2 hour line dance class---1 hour walking with a friend

    every day
    100 warrior 3 poses and a timed plank

    :sad: :bigsmile: we are out of town for three days.....the dogs have been boarded....I will be faced with long meetings and restaurant meals.....it will be a challenge to get some walking time.....the hotel has an exercise room and I may have time to use it.

    Oct 1 - 35 minutes tennis
    Oct 2 - 60 minutes fitness course including: ab crunches, bench push-ups, tri dips, donkey kicks, dog leg lifts, inside leg lifts, once accross the monkey bars, hanging crunches, lost my pedometer, backtracked half mile, found it, and continued on.
    Oct 3 - 40 minute walk with a friend, I have to step it up tomorrow.
    Oct 4 - 45 minute run

    I'm a Jazzercise junkie! I can't get enough! Tonight's flavor is 45 minutes of Body Sculpting using wts, ball and tubes class number 2 is a Express high intensity class - 30 minutes. :happy:
  • I'm new to MFP! But i'd love to join and get involved with others to keep motivated! Count me in! What do I need to do? Just track what exercise I have done for the month thus far, and continue tracking?
  • I'm in for October I would like to try, Since last month I was not able to get in hardley any exercise at all maybe a walk here & there.

    Welcome to MFP and to Daily Exercise Journal. What we do is come back to this thread everyday and log our exercise to our growing journal for the month. You can get back here easily by clicking on "My Topics" (^above). That will display all the topics that you have made comments on, including this one.

    When you come back to add a second post to you journal, just page back until you find your previous entry. You can either use the quote (below your post), or you can copy your previous entry and click reply and paste into the new entry. That way you will have a growing log for the month.

    October 3rd was a rest day and my rest day was working from 8 am to 9pm!

    October 4th:

    5 minute warm up on treadmill

    60 minutes Cardio Kickboxing Class
  • Nursing a bit of an injury - why does stuff like that happen right when you are trying to be good and bump it up?!?! Have been taking it easy this week and its feeling better.

    10/1 40 mins, 2miles on treadmill
    10/2 45 mins, 2.5 miles on treadmill
    10/3 47 mins, 2.75 miles on treadmill
    10/4 31 mins, 1.83 miles on treadmill
    10/5 50 mins, 2.89 miles on treadmill
