    45 Minute Workout At Curves
    55 Minutes Walking At Curves
30 Minutes Treadmill At Anytime Fitness
    35 Minute Workout At Curves

I worked part of the Morning Shift and the Whole Afternoon Shift at Curves. The ONLY way to stay warm is either Huddle at the Desk with a little Heater under it or get MOVING on the Recovery Boards. When I got bored with just walking I did the Second Workout. Still planning to walk to the Store later.
:drinker: Ken, I usually walk to McDonalds for Breakfast on Sunday Mornings, time and weather permitting. Hubby and I walk to 7-11 every evening for My Coffee and his Snacks. It is a Great Way to spend Quality Time with someone.

I go to Zumba 3times aweek . I don't know how many calories I burn because it isn't listed in on the exercise chart. They say at zumba that we burn up to 1000 calories . :frown:

I always enter that sort of thing as aerobics in MFP. It's close enough.

We still have new people joining....

Welcome to all. Anyone can join us. It's fun to log exercises together, and see what others do. Also, it's rewarding to see how much you've done at the end of the month.

    Oct 1 - 35 minutes tennis
Oct 2 - 60 minutes fitness course including: ab crunches, bench push-ups, tri dips, donkey kicks, dog leg lifts, inside leg lifts, once accross the monkey bars, hanging crunches, lost my pedometer, backtracked half mile, found it, and continued on.

Question for strength builders: I notice when I do tri-dips on a picnic table, that my shoulders seem to "feel it" more than my tricepts. Am I doing something wrong?
