Hi I'm 30 and aim to lose around 30lb. Maybe more, I will re access when I get there! I will send a request, I eat naughties too but I always log them, as it's important to acknowledge what you eat, but I sort of try to shame myself so I don't do it again lol

I do the odd night shift 8pm-8pm I eat fruit but the fridge is full of chocolate! I had 2 flakes and choc buttons the other night, because the night is just so long. I am no help obviously!

Hi you can add me! I'm starting up again after having a baby 19 months ago. According to my bmi I have to loose 35kg it seems so far away.....and I've had biscuits today :( I think some friends would help me keep focus though as none of my friends want to exercise

well done for losing the weight! my best friend has a gastric band and so I know how hard it is trying to get the nutrition in and having less food choices. She is sick alot (vomits) and does get down so I know surgery isn't the easy route, so really well done you, we should all be able to do what we need to do. xxx

I find that next is true to size and have loads of their stuff! cant get into topshop trousers/jeans in my size and i will not get the next size up. Primark stuff is small but i dont buy much stuff there!

Quiche or cakes? I have 4 female ducks and a drake so when the goins good i get loads of eggs, at the mo i'm boiling and slicing them and having them in a tortilla wrap with salad. Also scrambled egg. We sell the eggs too but only one duck 'tinkerbell' is laying at the moment so we don't get too many at the moment!

I look chubby in my wedding pics, and I hate it when its the summer and its hot and you're wearing a dress and your thighs rub together and get all sweaty! End up having to wear tights or leggings all the time!!!

after i've lost weight i really want to do some workouts for my tummy, what would you suggest to a beginner? i like the sound of insanity but i think i'd have to work my way up to it!! You look great, i want a stomach like that by next summer!!

when i'm at work i do 12 hour days so will not work out afterwards because i'm too tired, but my job is in a big, busy nursing home so i'm walking around pretty much the whole day except when feeding, so i log 2 hours walking as exercise. when i go to a carboot sale or down town shopping, i list it as exercise (slow pace…

ive lost nearly a stone in about 4-5 weeks, you can have a look at my diary if you like, you may have to friend me first, im not sure. Im 5'11 and started off at 202lb. I do either some walking or cycling each day.

if you go on the tab that says food, then on the tab that says data base, you can put some different meals in the calculator and it tells you all the fat, cals, sodium, carbs etc in that food!

I had a dietician come into my work, and she said that berocca (you, but on a really good day) actually works and it is very good, i get tired so i will probably give it a go too!!

indian takeaway and chips from the fish and chip shop (if you're in england) seem to be the most high fat takeaway meals!
