I would talk to the person that lives below you and tell them what you are planning on doing. Have them notify you if you are to noisy. But otherwise I would stay away from anything that has you do any form of jumping. I have a bad knee so I have to avoid anything that has to do with jumping, so I will just do another…

I used to do dirty keto with 16/8 IF for about a year (off and on). I did lose weight and I felt good. But in the long run it did not work for me. I am a binge eater. When I travel I did not IF and I would eat some carbs, along with some favorite non keto drinks. I instantly would gain 10-15 pounds back quickly. Then that…

Hi everyone! Been back at it consistently since this last Nov but this time around it sure seems to feel like it is taking a long time to see results. I am blaming it on my age. :D Please feel free to add me! I love to support my friends and I could definitely use the support and some inspiration.

That is so awesome!! What great motivation too! I just got a apple watch a couple of weeks ago, I am going to go for this goal in Aug!

It is so frustrating when that scale doesn't move. I would measure yourself as well. I have had the scale barely move but I lost several inches. I also go by how much better I feel mentally! If you are anything like me it is about 2-3 months in before I really start to notice that I am losing weight! Don't give up!
-
I am starting over too! Traveling and covid did wonders not only mentally (good and bad) but I put on the pounds.
-
Yes please! Love new friends!! and my old ones too :)

Sounds just like me! I need to make this a life style and stop this rollercoaster ride. I am bigger then I have been in years and I HATE it! Feel free to add me, anyone can.......always looking for new friends to be on this journey together with!

I am starting over too! I was doing Keto for the last couple of years.......loved it until you don't do it and man do you quickly (very) put the weight back on. I have discovered that it just isn't for me so I am going back to my old school ways :) Then the pandemic weight happened....UGH. And I am 46 so it is getting even…

Feel free to add me too!!

Thank you everyone for the great advice! I do think that I am going to go get some blood work done and see what my doctor suggests.

I have being doing it for about 4 months. I also do IF as well. I love it. When I incorporated IF I really started seeing the benefits of keto and IF. Not only have I lost weight but it has taken the pain away in my knee and I have no inflammation.
-
Keto/low carb works for me not just for weight loss (bonus) but for pain and inflammation. I have not gotten any steroid shots in my knee since starting this way of eating. Just for that I will never go back to eating unhealthy carbs and sugar.
-
Been doing Keto/Low Carb for about 4 months. Best thing that I have ever started. Not only am I losing weight but my inflammation is gone and and my knee pain is minimum! I just started IF too. Love the benefits of this.

I loved my coffee with a lot of cream as well. When I started measuring how much cream I put in......the calorie assumption validated why it was taking me so long to lose weight. Now I give myself one 8oz cup of coffee with 2 tbl of my favorite cream a day. I need one treat a day and dang it I want a good cup of coffee…

Feel free to add me as well. You and I have a familiar story. Food is a struggle and working out has not been very consistent as well. I also quit smoking over a year ago..........still not smoking but I am 20lbs heavier.
-
Mine never went away but it got a lot smaller.
-
I year smoke free this month........17lbs heavier then last year. I fell in love with the taste of sugar and comfort food. Everything tastes a lot different when you quit smoking. I sucked on jolly ranchers and those little calories add up but even worse had me craving all sorts of bad stuff. By eating so crappy I lost all…
