When I first started doing squats I could not get the form down. I really have to be careful for proper form because I have a bummed knee. Sounds like we do have a lot in common. It is tuff not only being a single mom to to active kids. The first 3-4 days are the hardest! I PROMISE it gets a lot easier! Within a couple of weeks you will maybe think about smoking once a day and the craving comes and goes fast! Don't give up! You got this!!

I do this as well. I also buy a big bag of chicken and throw it all on the George Forman grill while I am cutting up all the veg and fruits for most of the week. This!!!..... and I agree with a lot of the other posters eat more protein! Also take measurements (arms, stomach, thighs, chest) a lot of times the scale doesn't move but I still lost inches. Personally I hate scales!! BTW 1200 is way to low, that is a miserable life of always feeling hungry and feeling like crap.
