Once a week on a monday (after I get weighed at rosemary connolly class) which only means dinner but its usually an unhealthy takeaway,chocolate, lattes and ice cream. I do limit my calories for the tue and wed and go to the gym so I dont suppose its that bad. Easter week may be diff though, especially as no weigh in this…

I am doing my second one in june and would recommend the couch to 5K. As other people have said you start walking with a bit of jogging and then more jogging less walking. Good luck!!

Get a job as I've just been made redundant and go to the gym every day until I do. Diet lapsed until 1st Jan.

I don't have pics but have been doing a body pump class for about six months and have gone down a dress size but what impresses me more is the change in my shape. I'm more toned than before and can now lift heavier weights. Burns masses of calories and is good fun too.

I don't have a regular cheat day as it's more a lifestyle change but if I have something I shouldn't like tonight (chocy biscuits) then I just get back on track the following day. No point in beating yourself up about it.
