Changing my starting weight to 153. Don't know how it jumped up nearly 4 lbs in two days, probably a mixture of Christmas and water weight. We can do this!!

Hey love, you should look into Turbo Fire. It's like dancing and kickboxing all in one! I started it for a week and then stopped because of being sick/back problems, but I can't wait to get back into it.

I'm 21, 5'4", 150 lbs. My goal weight is 130 and although I was tracking here and there before, I really just got motivated to start my diet/exercise routine today. It's always nice to have a good support system! -Ashley

Just started day one today! Made it halfway through circuit 3 and stopped. I'm going to push myself to do the whole thing tomorrow morning before work, even though I know I'm going to be so sore!
