This is a great idea. Do you add in any seasoning or sauce? When it's done, do you eat it as a soup? i'm thinking about doing this exactly on Sunday, but adding salsa and then portioning out for either a taco or taco salad. I suppose with the addition of any sauce/spice mixture, the possibilities are endless!

Love it! I'm 5'2 and currently 179-182 (depends on the day). I have been a total slack and feel like a big pile of poo. I was down to 156 and just gave up being smart about eating and exercise. and this is the result, But I need to get my butt back in gear! Let's do it, ladies :)

Me, me! I lost 67 lbs, then when I hit my one year mark, I got slack. super slack.
