Sorry I flaked and didn't weigh in! I don't think I actually trust my scale right now anyway because it's been wonky, not consistent. I weighed myself 3 times in the same spot yesterday and got 3 different readings ughh. I just ordered a new scale so will be ready for the next challenge if there is one. :) Keep it up ya…

Hello! Ugh I have to get off the wine lol. I've gotten better with added sugars in my diet, that was my first goal, then alcohol. Haven't quite gotten to that step yet. Yes! I miss my BodyMediaFit. I didn't always love wearing it on my arm because of sweat but I thought it was more accurate.

Try standing at your desk to step/pace whenever you can.

If you log your exercise it will give you more calories, which you will want when doing Insanity plus walking. I can't tell you how much pain is too much, but I say just listen to your body and if you need to take it easy then do so.

I have a desk job so the same as working at a desk at home. I have my desk rigged up so I stand. This allows me to walk in place and pace back and forth sometimes.
