I love cottage cheese. Recently one of my favorite ways to eat it is with avocado and tomato. It can make a great ricotta substitute. I also use it in oatmeal pancakes and egg casserole.

I've been really happy with Glamorise the last couple years but may have to check out some of the other suggestions here and compare.

I've been doing Step Bets, steps are easier for me to push for than weight loss. I've won about $10 over a couple challenges, so no huge payouts but very motivating.

While I do agree kidney beans should not be slow cooked, pinto beans work well, I make "refried" beans in mine.

Eat whatever you want, it doesn't have to be typical 'breakfast' foods. I do eat eggs a lot for breakfast but my other easy go to meals are a peanut butter sandwich or cottage cheese with avocado.

Don't be scared, they are the best!! If yours does not already have a timer you can buy a timer for your outlet because 12-13 hours is too long. Most recipes only need 6-8. You could also put the meals together before bed then have it ready for the next day. There are so many recipes out there. Pinterest is a great source,…

It depends on if you are roughing it and what tools you have. We bring a skillet and cast iron dutch oven. So, eggs and bacon or sausage is a breakfast must. Always tastes better over a campfire. I really like the programs but Shakeology isn't necessary unless you really enjoy it as a meal replacement and can afford it.
