yoga is more about flexibility and strength than cardio. i wore a heart rate moniter to yoga class and it said i burned 120 calories in one hour. that was the first and last yoga class i attended.

you probably burn more calories washing dishes than playing wiifit. however, i really like the my shape game bc it has a camera to make sure you have good form. also seeing youself on the tv is pretty motivating.

YMCA cycling instructor here! I love it cycling is a great workout and my ymca also offers a trx stregth class that i love. You will love zumba too. I wish i could still take that class but they moved the time so im missing out...

Go for the bike, the calorie burn is so much better. Make sure it is a spinning bike that you are buying though and not a stationary bike....very different things. I have lost so much weight spinning. Weight that i never thought would come off. As far as the spinning bike goes it will hurt you butt/crotch for a good two…
