  • I have seen this happen to me - sometimes when I binge but get back on track the next day, I will see quicker results... I don't know what it is but just stay on track as much as possible and you will be doing great!!

  • I am so sorry to hear this. :cry: But all will be better, and yes force yourself to at least eat three small meals! It will make your body feel better.

  • I feel just like you do. I exercised for an hour all week and I usually don't so I figured my weight have decreased. It didn't. It just stays the same or get a little worse. :sad:
