Few more pounds to work off

Hi! I'm new to the site. I am here because I am trying to reach my goal weight of 140 pounds. I had a baby girl 2 years ago and during the course of my pregnancy, gained 80 pounds. I have lost 50 pounds over the last 2 years by not really doing anything. I am stuck around 165 and am ready to get rid of the last 30 pounds or so! I hope this site can help me to watch what I eat and encourage me to get that exercise in to knock off these last 30 pounds.

    Welcome! You came to the right place! The food diary is alone a major help because it helps you pinpoint any 'problem' areas. The forums are a great place to educate your self as to how to change your lifestyle into an incredibly healthy one! I know you can do this!
