I don't think one day of over-eating has caused any permanent damage. It happens to me alot. Get back on track and those 3 pounds will disappear in no time

Hi everyone! Found this thread by mistake but am glad I did. I'm 53 and have been on MFP since August. I am starting 30- Day Shred on Monday with a few other people I've met here. I could always use more friends over 50, so if anyone wants to add me, I'm here!

So i was doing it right. So when i enter it to my diary, i select 1 serving and it will convert the 6 servings to 1. Ok. Thanks

So i'm entering a pasta recipe. I use a whole box. I enter 6 servings and then whole container? What if the database won't let you enter a certain measurement? Sorry for the stupid questions lol
