I just made a vegan, minestrone soup for lunch in my crockpot, just google "vegan crockpot minestrone soup" it only takes 6 hours cooked on low to make. It's very good. Serve with warm garlic bread if you want!0

I also add some taco seasoning, just a tablespoon or two, for extra flavor. These make the best tacos, so easy. I like a little cheese or sour cream, but just dress it as you would a taco. Make it a Mexican lettuce wrap if you're going low carb.0 -
Meatballs.
The easy way: buy ready made meatballs and tomato pasta sauce. Combine and cook for about 5 hours on low.
Alternatively you can make your own tomato sauce and your own meatballs - any recipe will do.
Works best if you heat the pasta sauce before adding the meatballs, this makes them less likely to fall apart. Serve in bowls with grated cheese and crusty bread.0
