What is this HIITilates? Sorry I have no answer to your question but fascinated by the idea of HIIT with Pilates. Is it a class? A video? On your own?

One thing I am taking away for sure: I need to be kinder to myself. Thanks all :)

Thank you. That's actually really helpful. I never really connected it, but I do think I struggle with "perfection" issues. It's hard to give myself a break sometimes.

Me!!!! But we're already friends Jess

So sorry arendiva! Positive thoughts/prayers coming your way. I did laugh at your post though. It's so true. Why IS being supportive so high calorie? Just keep things in perspective. This is a journey, not a race. There will be tough times along the way. Just do the best you can and always keep going.

I love this! I have so many clothes in the back of my closet that I can't wait to wear again! This time, I'm throwing out the "fat" clothes!

I once heard when going out to eat - bread basket, wine or dessert - choose one. I still struggle with this. I want all 3! I'm too much of an all or nothing person. Enjoy your dinner!

That's so funny! I always wanted to get into dialysis :)

I'm here, feeling your pain. It was like a switch was turned off as soon as I turned 30 and that was it. No more quick and easy weight loss. Now I'm 37 and I have to WORK!! Wait till we hit 40....

Ugh. My week 2 was a bust as well. I stuck to my plan and really did the same things as week 1 but no loss. Maybe my body is just adjusting or water weight or tom. Still working it, I am not going to get discouraged. We can do this, ladies! Go Team Iris!!!!

Thank you for posting. I hate my scale.

Just weighing in to say your doctor is an *kitten*. Keep it up, girl you're doing great!

Wouldn't waste my money. A nice spa treatment with a wrap for relaxation is heavenly!!!!!! Just don't count on losing any lbs

Yup, we've all been there. Just start fresh and don't feel bad about yourself. Guilt always makes me eat. Get back into a healthy routine, wait a week or two and then weigh in. Vacations, birthdays etc are always hard. Just get back on the right track and don't look back.

Love it! Thanks

He doesn't deserve you!!!

Happyfitgirl - I feel you on this. I always think the same thing when I start a diet (hopefully this will be the last). I don't have any great advice, just try patience. It definitely gets easier once you lose the first 5 lbs or so and can start wearing some clothes from the back of the closet. It seems to come on so much…

Yay Denise! Keep it up!

37! Does it count if I still feel like a kid? How did I get so old??

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself to the team. I'm Lori. Getting married New Year's Eve and super excited. I hope to take control of my bingeing this year and be a healthy bride.
