PW 155 CW 153 I wasnt sure what my previous weight was just because this week I have fluctuated a lot! I either way I either lost 1 or 2 lbs so its still positive in my book! yay team bob!

Saturday- 807 calories burned, ran 3 miles in the morning and then did elliptical for 30 min when I got back from work!

This past weekend was my birthday so I did not get to work out as much as I would have liked! But watch out Team BOB here I come I will be the winner this week!

Previous weight 160.4 Current weight 159.6 Finally broke into the 150's! I was beyond excited this morning :) Continuing to eat healthy and working out has made me feel so much better! GO TEAM BOB!

oops 19 points all together.. I need to work on eating fruits more (not a big fan) but I will make smoothies this week and get those fruits into my diet!
