Oh, I would like to try this one, too! I'm going from zero exercise to attempting 24 hours a month so I don't know whether I'll be able to keep it up. It doesn't sound like much but it does equal an hour almost every day? So who knows, I'll just give it a go!

I weigh myself every morning and put it all into my nice little Excel chart. Then I let it calculate the weekly averages and that's what I'm actually using/looking at. :)

The only times I ever get hit on are when I'm drunk and dancing in a club(, which happens about once a year). And then it's only by the absolute creepiest guys. Everyone I go out with keeps noticing it, too. I've given up all hope. ;D

I bought some summer dresses online last year and after trying them on I noticed they really, really showed off my figure. So maybe I'll be able to wear them this year, if I think my figure is ready to be showed off. :)

I weigh myself every morning, too - But only the "official" weight I take on Sundays counts and is put on MFP. Everything else is for my own curiosity. :D

At the moment I'm losing at a similar rate as you. I definitely wouldn't try losing more - Remember that you don't want to spend the rest of your life being hungry. I think losing less and taking a few weeks longer, but not suffering through it is the way to go! :)

I'm a huge Supernatural fan! I'm two episodes behind right now, though. This season has been surprisingly good so far in my opinion. :) Has anyone been to a convention? I've only been to one, but it was one of the best weekends I've ever had. So much fun! I'll just leave a pic of Misha and me here because why not. :p

Hi everyone, for anyone still looking for people to add - I'm a mom of one (5 years old) and trying to lose the last 7 kg / 18 pounds / 15 lbs. ;D (I'd lost all the pregnancy weight at some point. Then I got lazy and never went back.)

My aunt had her daughter at 44, now a friend of my Mom is pregnant at 46 and up until now, everything's fine. It's possible, but of course the risks are higher. :)

I was 17. Not planned, but everything worked and works out with just the two of us (my son and me). :)

I'm taking the same medication (but 40 mg of it) and my weight didn't change at all. It's not just myths, Citalopram can either make you gain weight, lose weight or not change your weight at all (and in that case you might get headaches, hallucinations, whatever you're unlucky enough to get). It's different for everybody.…
