Hi Kriss... have you used the new to class function? I am on week 7 and from time to time still use it.. I am not very coordinated and don't have alot of rhythm but as long as I am working up a sweat, have my heart rate up and am burning calories.. I am ok with it. :) Good luck

so after 30 days my results are -5lb loss and -6 inches. I know.I.could have done better if my eating was cleaner. will work on it this month. ;)

My favorite shake is chocolate SHAKEOLOGY, almond milk, banana, coconut extract and almond butter. Tastes like an almond joy.

Hi! Right now I am doing turbo fire. Starting week 3 and boy oh boy does it make me sweat. I am drenched whrn I am done. I am doing TF 6 days a week. I also walk/jog 4* a week with my sister. I don't sweat as much as.with TF but its.nice to get out and workout with her.::wink:

For me I would have to say tracking what I eat. I have tried losing without tracking and well I haven't lost much :(. I also find that keeping healthy food and snacks at work help too. I now buy a set a of groceries to leave at work that way I always have good options on hand.
