  • I just ordered NROL4W and NROL4Abs today! I am anxious for them to get here! I will read over the weekend and plan on starting Monday afternoon. How do you ladies feel about cardio on your off-days? I started spinning in November and have fallen in love with it. Do you think it is unrealistic to spin on my days off…
  • Just ordered the book today! I'm excited!!!
  • You look amazing! We have very close to the same starting stats, I'm 25, 5'9, SW 183, goal weight 145, hoping to reach at least 150 by the beginning of August (beach vacation), reach goal weight by Christmas next year...
  • You look amazing! I am seeing more and more people eating Paelo/primal and having tons of success. I think it is definately something that I (lover of all things pasta, bread, and baked goods) need to look into!
  • I have done these on 100 calorie english muffins with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese. I bet adding veggies like cooked spinach, mushrooms, and peppers in with the egg would be awesome! Just be careful about the cheese you use...some can get oily when re-heated. American tends to melt best.
  • I love my coffee creamer as well! Here are some suggestions! 1. Use 1 Tbsp. lite non-dairy powder creamer + 1 Tbsp. flavored creamer 2. Use only 1 Tbsp. per cup + 1 packet calorie-free sweeterner (splenda, truvia, ect.) 3. Get a designated Tbsp. measuring spoon and keep it next to your coffee pot. Measure each bit that you…
  • Republic of Tea Pineapple Ginger Green Tea!
  • I'm 5'9'' and my goal is 145. The smallest I've ever been is 148, but I want to go just a little further. Also, at 145, I want to be lean and have lots of muscle, so I think it will be a smaller 145 than I was before (I hope...) My dream would be to wear a size 6 pants US, but I am thinking my reality is more of an…
  • I make a baked oatmeal that is delicious, and it has 4 servings that re-heat well, so you can make it once and have it for breakfast for several days! It is also very adaptable to whatever you have on hand! Here is a link to the recipe that I use: http://www.annies-eats.com/2011/09/12/baked-oatmeal-with-fruit/ I use…
  • Just finished day 2 of level 2 (12 days total). Took a break over a long weekend trip to Orlando! Truthfully, not my best workout this morning! I felt so sick the entire time, I could barely finish! I think what I really need today is a nice, long yoga session to loosen up my hips, then tons of water and back at it again…
  • "30DS" is 30 Day Shred, a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. There are 3 different workouts, each of which you are supposed to do for 10 days. I think most people end up doing it in about 45 days though due to taking rest days!
  • Finished day 10, level 1 yesterday! Just finished day 1, level 2. I only have to things to say!! 1. Jillian is CRAZY!!! and 2. Plank is now the dirtiest word I can think of!!!
  • Just finished day 9, level 1! Last day tomorrow then onto level 2! I previewed level 2 and am a little anxious! It looks HARD!!!
  • Taco Soup! I made this for dinner last night and it is so yummy! High in fiber and protein, low fat! It is cheap to make and makes anywhere from 6-8 adult servings for about $10! (Thats$1.25 - $1.67/serving!) . It also freezes well. Taco Soup: 1 large onion, diced garlic (to taste...I really love garlic and used 3 cloves)…
  • Coffeemate sugar-free caramel macchiato is really good, and only 15 calories/Tbsp, but I only get this occasionally b/c there are so many artificial ingredients! Usually I buy hazlenut coconut creamer (made from coconut milk) that is 35 calories/2 Tbsp (and dairy and soy-free). I have only been able to find this creamer at…
  • Just finished day 7, level 1! I can really tell a difference in my endurance through the workout! My pushups are getting much better as well! :)
  • Just finished day 5, level 1! I wasn't too motivated earlier this morning, but then I came here and read everyone's posts and went and got on my workout clothes! I am starting to feel so much stronger pushing through the workout! :) Yay!
  • I started 30DS Sunday night, monday off, and just finished day 4, level 1 today. I am sore, but a good sore that reminds me how hard I've been working, so I am much more motivated not to "slip up" on my diet! I am also adding in extra cardio walking/jogging daily and doing yoga/pilates (1x wk each). Doing 30 minutes of…
