  • If you are in a lot of pain then take a day off for recovery....otherwise it would be best to get back on the treadmill at a slow pace and keep going. The muscles get more blood flow while being worked than when they are being still. (blood flow helps relieve the pain) I started the Ripped in 30 dvd last Monday...oh my…
  • First, thank you for trying to live a healthier lifestyle...what the idiots forget is that for EVERYONE that does that is gives us better choices at restraunts because they now want to cater to us! The people that attacked you are the "experts" truly I don't know why they are here....they know everything about everything…

  • Yes. It is good. I use it because I work out five days week. It has truly helped my muscles from being so tired. I started with EAS pure protein chocolate and will improve from there.
  • This is quit typical of people who are feeling uncomfortable about your choice to live healthy. I have found that most people that have a negative attitude truly just wish they had the will power to do what we are doing. Helathy living is more of an attitude adjustment than anything else. There are numerous people on here…
  • Most of the time "men nor women" don't apologize to their spouse because they do not feel they can trust them to forgive without critisisim Which to read your post I am guessing that is the issue here...just guessing. Maybe if you let her off the hook and forgive her without explaining why you were right she would feel…

  • Definately. I have a friend that had the same issue and once she got on meds for her thyroid it started coming back.
  • Yes! And some days since I have felt that way. This is what I decided...if this was for a friend or my kids I would do it and stick with them all the way. Well, it's for them and me too. You will need to keep yourself accountable here to stay on track. Take constructive instruction even when it is hard to chew. You can do…

  • Considering I had to eat out twice today...i think i did rather well. I had meetings and they were at a Yacht club and then a restraunt. The biggest disappointment was no real excersise today.
  • Add me. We can always use more encouragement.
  • i agree. Most of the comments are uncalled for. We are here to give true advice and encouragement not our own opinions of people. That being said, it is best to always do research before taking anything. Even if your own dr recommends a pill you shoukd research it. Best of luck to you on this journey!
  • First let me say congratulations on the amount already lost! My goal for March is to Not weight in. I will only measure body fat. I am getting overwhelmed by the scale # and my cloths are not really fitting differently. I have been working out three days a week for the past two months. Sometimes even four days. But with…
  • You will have to become your own cheerleader. Just think of the healthy impact you will have on your babies. My husband stated that if we joined a gym he would work out with me all the time...well..I joined several months ago and he has never gone. There are so many excuses he uses it's not funny. I would suggest you…
  • We have a way of sabotaging ourselves. I have done the same thing. Make the decision to be your own best friend and cheerleader! You would encourage your children to be healthy do the same with yourself. You can do this. You are a mom of 5 losing weight is nothing that can defeat a mom!
  • Josh, This weight loss is part of your testimony now. Remember we can not have the "TEST"imony without test. The weight loss goal will feel like a pass or fail grade every now and then but it is only a short test and there are no Final exams. I pray that you keep focused and always ask God's help to make it to your goal…
  • Probably unbalanced vitamins in your body. I would get a doctor to check them out. You may need to increase minerals or vitamins since you are training. There are many different reasons they could have appeared but I would seek a doctors attention and advice before listening to anyone elses. Congratulations on the weight…
