I honestly think it helps me keep track too. I like to see how different things (water, different meals) effect my weight. I read a lot about how we shouldn't weigh ourselves that much and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't mind it.

Last night I was talking about being hungry and my SO says "If I make you something, will you eat it?" I said "Okay, but it has to go in my diary" He says "Well, that's okay because that site knows what I do, but I want to know how you feel about it" Then he went and made me a lettuce wrap with turkey in it..he came back…

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate all the great responses. I guess I need to just not be so hard on myself. It's hard to not think that eating the calories I've burned is counter-productive. I'm also just so new to this calorie counting thing. Again, thank you so much!

I have knee pain as well especially after jumping around. I used a generic ben gay and the pain went away rather quickly. Great job on the ride! I really enjoying bicycling as well. In fact, it's time for mine right now! Be back in an hour!

Yep, I lied on mine. I was about 240 pounds and I said 200. Now I'm 15 pounds lighter though!

Yep, I cried when I read this. It's hard work and sometimes I feel like the people in my life don't actually realize how hard it can be. This post is exactly what I needed to start my day and even my month with. We can do this! Thanks for posting.

I've read that losing 10% of your body weight can help you become more fertile. It is something that overweight woman can have difficulties with. I am personally choosing not to conceive until I am a healthier weight and BMI. How long have you been TTC?
