I did 30DS last Jan/Feb, moved on the RI30 afterwards... RI30 was REALLY hard for me and I didn't stick to it. I began running in March and did that through the spring/summer/fall... I went back to 30DS again this winter and am just moving on to level 2. I think when I finish 30DS this time I will do levels 2 and 3 again…

Sounds like a good goal to me... I'm going to up my time to 7pm... We eat an early dinner and I go to bed really early (like 9!) so I usually start snacking around 7pm. I also need to increase my water intake.. I am a diet soda junkie (as I sit here drinking a diet mt dew- uggghh) Good luck everyone! We can do this!!

Me! Well.. close to that at least. :) I am 5'7" I started at 158- down to 151 and stuck there... My goal is 135.... so a little bit more than yours (I have a large frame).

I also have that problem. I try to keep it out of the house or else I will overindulge. For example, I got a box of candy for christmas. I have this problem too. I have an 18 month old and an almost 4 year old. I already wake up at 5:15 to leave the house by 6:30 to do daycare drop offs before work.
