  • You will eventually know what your body burns. I can usually tell how many calories I have burned before even looking at my phone. I had the same problem when I first started wearing mine, main reason was because I was afraid of eating to much.

  • I did the insanity workout in running shoes and I could not get rid of knee pain. I stopped for a few months and then bought some vibram five fingers. Now I'm starting month two tomorrow and my knees feel much better. Its not totally painless but I don't think it ever will be while doing insanity.,
  • It will. I made the same mistake. I thought I was suppose to eat less not more. Now that I'm eating my right amount of calories, I'm losing my two pounds a week. Eat higher calorie foods for snacks like nuts or high calorie healthy shakes. They keep you feeling full a lot longer than you would think.
