I have using a supplement for the first time and it gives me that little edge to stay on the right path. I have lost 18lbs in 3.5 weeks. I agree with the people above you still have to get going and work hard. The supplement just makes it easier.

I'm 42 and was on the program 3 years ago and lost 35lbs. I gained it all back so i'm at it again. Hopefully I can stay with it. I have two kids that I run everywhere and that's when I lose focus. When your busy it's easier to go thru a drivethru. Feel free to add me if you would like.

I don't consider myself Vegan but I follow a Vegan diet and without processed foods. I'm new at this (4 months) so I would love like friends. Especially for recipe sharing.

I drink a daily vitamin shake from "Ideal Shape" it has 50% of your daily needs. I get the other 50% from the foods I intake such as beans and various greens.

You may not lose alot of weight on 30 day shred but you will lose inches. Keep doing it and do some walking or running after the 30 days. Mix in some weight training if you can. My weight recently stayed the same for 3 weeks and finally it let go and I lost 4 lbs.

I had it for about 15 years off and on. About 6 months ago a doctor gave "Formula 303" it is a natural muscle relaxer made from a root. Non habit forming no side effects. I had exactly the same problem until recently I watched a video called "Forks over Knives". The video demonstrates how to change your lifestyle and end food addiction. Today is day 29 and everything is going great. I am losing 2 - 3 lbs. a week but rarely am I hungry or craving sweets like I was.

If you get a chance watch "Forks over Spoons" on video. I have been on a plant based diet for 14 days and everything is feeling better. My addiction to food and sweets have subsided.

I feel your pain since Jan. 14, 2011 I have lost 40 lbs. and I have changed my life style. I eat very little meat or dairy and I eat 75% raw unproccessed food. Eat small quantities 6 - 8 times a day. Each time you eat consume around 150 calories each time. Make sure you drink a glass of water with each meal. Eventually within a week or so your stomach will begin to shrink and it will become easier.
