I'm late to this party but my plan is to do 30 day shred for the next three weeks, one week each level. I will also be on a calorie deficit. How are you all getting on? :)

I feel I am also retaining water weight because of the heat. But feel I may actually be eating too few calories some days.

I'm sometimes having a lower appetite, but am definitely enjoying salads more. I'm wondering if the heat is contributing to water retention? Apparently that's a thing. My weight is yoyoing like mad the last week or two between up to 6lbs. Drinking lots of water though!

I didnt buy new weights, I went on the wine rack in my kitchen and a glass bottle of 75cl of wine weighs about 3 ppounds! depends if you have wine to spare i suppose! 2l milk bottles also weigh about 4lbs.

Start making up your meals of oats, wholegrain rice, bread, pasta, vegetables fruits peanut butter nuts lean meat basically anything that doesnt come in a packet! try to eat every 2-3 hours as this will get your metabolism in good…

i started Billy Blanks Calorie bootcamp or something on Monday, Im still aching now although I did some strength yesterday! how often would you recommend a beginner to exercise to do this per week? I know youre no expert but im guessing you know a lot more than me!

Ive just got a multipack including No More Trouble Zones, 30 Day Shred, Banish fat boost metabolism and Six Week Six Pack. Ive already done the shred but I did it over about 2 months and didnt even get to level 3 :( not sure whether i should start it again and do it every day like everyone else for some results.

im about 133 pounds, however only 4' 10" and smiliar to you a size 12-14 in bottoms which i would like to drop to ten or eight! will post pictures later on only on day 4 level 1, but how did you get on? Intrigued as we are around the same body type i guess?
