I am on day 5 or 6. I have not been weighing myself. I guess I should. I am feeling pretty good. I need to loose about 30 lbs.

I am switching to an all organic diet too. I love my morning coffee. I used the flavor creamers. I need an organic alternative. Any recommedations. Or what do you use??

I guess I am out of touch with things at beach body. I have not heart of the Hammer and Chisel program. I will have to check it out.

I injured my arm. "tennis elbow" but it has been sore for a long time. I cut back on the Chelean extreme for a while but I am doing it again. I have thought about PiYo . I mix in some turbofire for cardio.

I am trying to lose 20 lbs too. I really would like to lose about 25 but my goal is 20 LBS for now. I have been exercising almost every day and counting calories. I lost it last summer and it found its way back. I plan on keeping it off this time. So hard when things around you go to crap.

CLX does work different muscle groups on each one. Next time I might do 2 days in a row but not 3. I felt ok after. Not sore or tight. I think warming up good before helped with that.

Did you take your measurments?? Before pictures??Sometimes we loose inches and not LBS. I went down 2 pant sizes but only lost a few pounds.

I have been doing the CLX. I love it but also felt like I needed more cardio. I do the TF HITT workout first as a "warm up" then I do the Circuit workouts.

I am kinda new to MFP. I was using it for awhile then stopped. I was not doing as well without recording my diet and exercise. It really is a big help. I am doing a Turbofire and Chelean Extreme comb right now. I like to mix cardio with wieghts. Chelene Johnson is great...love her!!

I have been doing the ChaLean Ext and some Turbofire. I just restarted the complete CE this week. I love her!!!! How do you enter her workouts in the MFP??

The calculation is wrong. Medications with syrup in them are usually about 15 cal per tsp. The 210 must be for the whole bottle. If you are worried about it, try the tablets. Mucinex for cough and antihistamine for the other symptoms.

I have done the CLX and TF hybrid. I did not like how it was set up. Basically do TF one week the CLX the next. I have not heard of the Janelle Summers one. I need to look that one up. How is it??

I need to start up TF again too. I am going to start tomorrow morning.

When you exercise you are building muscle and losing fat. You could be continuing to lost the fat and not building muscle. Also sometimes we hit a plateau where we stop losing weight and sometime we can hit a zone where we lose extra weight. If you continue to lose weight too quickly then I would be more concerned.

I have some of the Vi-shape shake mix. I make it with almond milk 1 cup. 1/2 a banana, and a few frozen pine apple chunks and Ice. I like that one the best. I also will add some berries to it. There are web sites out there with ton of recipes on them.

10 lbs is not much left to lose. I would either stay home for a couple of weekends or go out everyother weekend. The best thing might be to just prep you self for the night by eating a very light breakfast and lunch. And add some extra exersice to the weekends. Also when you go out drink light beers and limit what you eat.

Wow, Christmas is only in 12 weeks!! I hope to be at my goal weight by then. So, I would like to lose about 20 lbs.
