Ok, so after much deliberation, I've decided not to up my calories from 1200 to 1600 in just one week, but to do it gradually. So I'm adding 200 this week to make my calorie goal 1400. Today I've eaten 1478 cals, but I burned 650, making my net calories 828 for today. Should I aim for eating 1400 cals each day this week,…

Thanks everyone! :smile: So good to know that there is such great support on here. I'm definitely not eating enough then - and now I think about it, ive been so tired for about 2 weeks. Now I'm trying to decide between upping my calroies to 1600 OR eating back my exercised calories. Hmmm...

When avoiding fruit because of the sugar, I eat lots of celery, peppers and cucumber.

I know I shouldn't, but I avoid fruit because of the amount of calories. Also...SUGAR! I've been amazed at how much sugar fruit and milk contains. It's ridiculous!!! 200ml of skimmed milk is half my daily sugar allowance.

I'm over in Merseyside. Had a great first 2 weeks with MFP but need motivation now as my weight loss rate has slowed right down. :cry: Happy to share the few recipes that I have tried so far...(low sugar cake anyone?!) Anna :wink:
