Hi everyone. Feel free to add me. I'm sick and tired of being suck and tired. I want to lose weight for myself, my kids and for cosplay. Free free to send me a friend request. Let's do this!

Wow! What an awesome cosplay. Spike is one cool guy and Cowboy Bebop is one of my faves. I am trying to get in shape for cosplay(newbie). My con is Summer 2020 and I have cosplans for Cinderella and Wonder Woman. Ambitious!( I can't sew) and working out will help me feel confident in my costume

Hi Tina. I'm Teshia 😃 welcome

I am trying to lose 100 lbs. I have lost before but stopped doing the work. You can add me if you'd like

Hi! I definitely see that it is much harder to lose in my 40s. I was always slim into my 20s. I was able to drop my weight in about 3-3.5 months in my 30s. Now I have so much more to go. Likfe happened and the pounds came back and brought friends, family and enemies😭

I am interested

Hi! I just joined the group too. I am 42 and looking to lose some weight by my bday in January and hope to have it all gone by next May. 😥I have lost some weight about 28 pounds since March. But have lots more to lose. I would love to lose another 65-70 lbs.

I would love to join. I have lots to lose 😩 so it's good to be around like minded people

I aim to lose 100 lbs. I have lost about 9. No surgery. I am inspired by those who have lost it through CICO. Though I do not fault those who choose surgery. For those who count steps are you using an app or fitbit?

I am in. You can add me. I am a single mom of 2 and 40 years old. It can be tough. However, I am seeing some progress and each time I have a clinic visit a bit more comes off. I have been consistent in using MFP to log cals and workouts

Now I don't feel so alone....It is so much harder dropping pounds at 40 years old :(
-
I am looking to lose quite a bit. I have become more active. Feel free to add me as I could use some friends on here

I would like to join. I am 40 and would like to lose 100 lbs, be healthier and just feel better about me.

Hi, I am in. I am getting back on the wagon and want the weight I lose to stay gone.

Hi all. I'm Teshia. I am looking to lose big time. I lost before but things got hectic when I was at university and trying to balance full course load, fulltime job and being a mom. Something had to go and it was exercise. I love anime. My daughter and I went to our 1st ever con last year. Cosplay is a motivation as I want…

Welcome back! Glad that you are back on your routine. I am also a 40 year old mom, starting again and looking to keep the weight off.

Good luck on your goal. We have the same goal weight! Just had a checkup and the scale :'( moving down but I need more. I am at my largest in life. But determined to get it off and keep it off. I started with turbofire(as I love taebo). I tried p90x3 for the first workout and it's a bit too advanced for me now. I got…

So far not gaining. I haven't really been on a scale. I have been doing my workouts. I did Turbofire Sunday and Monday. So far I like it. I might consider getting all the workouts. I just had to push myself and might need to look more into my overall diet. I need to eat more. I think Halloween would be a short of halfway…

I think there is a difference between criticizing and genuine concern. Some people can push themselves too hard. You just have to ask yourself are you one of them? Are you working out well past the point of exhaustion? Eating 300 calories but working out for 8 hours straight? Trust your gut. It seems that some are…

Haven't posted in here in a while. I hope all the Noonas are still hanging in there over the summer. It can be tough. I have lost some but am so scared to claim it. I haven't even entered in weight in so long. It has gone back up and down and up...Ugg...So I'll just keep hanging in there. On the food front I'm doing pretty…

I seem to have lost the TOM weight and 10 more pounds. I just feel that's water weight and likely to come tumbling back on so I'm not really counting it. Even though that would technically be 15 lbs...UGgg...So far to go...Wish me luck. I've been going pretty good with eating. Not over eating at all. I have been having…

I love it. I'm getting back into it and having more salads and pretty much sticking to water and some crystal light/wylers. SO far so good. Down about 5 pounds plus the TOM weight. Fingers crossed as I need more lbs dropped.

I workout at home about 3 times a week. I'm going to bump it up to 5 or 6 days. I want to make strides towards losing weight by my bday in Jan.

For abs body fat is the key. Even those cover models don't look that way year round. They have to diet down or tighten up on their diet to get those abs. I think you will need to keep the fat as you are breastfeeding. Just keep working out. I think when baby is weaned then you can tighten up on your bodyfat % for it to get…
