Got back to counting calories again on Aug 04th.
starting weight 175lbs
current weight 169lbs
goal weight 150lbs
So easy to gain and hard to loose.
This concept really works if you can stick to the plan...
My biggest hurdle is keeping it off. I suck at that!! lol
